Our Contact Information
Our ship-out dates are Monday - Friday, except for public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on the next business day. Orders placed before the cutoff time will be shipped the same business day. The cutoff time for ground shipments is 1pm CST and express shipments is 5pm CST. Configure to order products are shiped withing 48 hours as additional time is required for assembly and testing.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS 1st Class Mail International service will not have full tracking outside USA.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your products, your location, and cost of packaging materials.
International Orders
We do not offer international shipping through our website at this time. You can still purchase same items through our eBay store or contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Any merchandise sent to another country may be subject to duty under the customs regulations of that country. We do not maintain or provide information concerning the assessment of customs duty. Custom duties, carrier customs clearance brokerage fees and import taxes may apply to international buyers and are not included in shipping and handling charges you pay to us.
